今回のティーパーティの主題は、『日本』。
Japan Blueと呼ばれる藍染めを経験するためにお一人一枚ハンカチを染めてみます。当日お持ち帰り可能です。ハンカチが染まっていく間に日本人にもなかなか知られていない6種類のお茶と郷土のお菓子を楽しみます。
This time we are featuring “Japan”. We will hold an Indigo Dyeing Workshop where you can dye a handkerchief and take it home with you to experience real “Japan Blue”. During the course, we will enjoy 6 kinds of rare Japanese tea plus local delicacies from each region.
予定しているのは、We are planning to have:
①北海道の黒豆茶 Black bean tea from Hokkaido
②山形県の玄米茶 Wild rice tea from Yamagata
③石川県の加賀棒茶 Kaga-bocha from Ishikawa
④高知県の碁石茶 Goishi tea from Kochi
⑤広島県のえごま茶 Wild sesami tea from Hiroshima
⑥沖縄県の比嘉製茶 Hiki seicha from Okinawa
それにあわせて珍しいお菓子をご用意しています。Accompanied by local delicacies.
